I am a Cooperating Teacher, how do I submit my invoice?

Toward the middle of the semester, you will receive an email notification from the Field Services Center regarding the need to complete your invoice.  This email includes a personalized link that is used to submit your invoice.  You will receive this email notification weekly until the invoice has been properly submitted.

Invoices must be submitted by October 15th for Fall semester and March 15th for Spring semester.
