It's most likely that there are multiple Tk20 sessions opened, which is causing the issue.
It generally occurs when a user opens the assessment link in multiple tabs and directly closes the browser tab without hitting the sign out button from the previous session. This gets stored in the browser's cache due to which users get OOPS error while accessing the link again, even if they had opened the link in a single browser tab currently.
To resolve this issue, please advise Lisa to follow these steps:
1) Log out from all the current sessions.
2) Clear the browser's cache and cookies.
3) Retry accessing the assessment link in a single browser tab and make sure that the link is not clicked more than once.
4) After completing the assessment, ensure that the "Sign Out" button is clicked for logging out.
